Who knew 10 extra inches could be so much fun. At 60 inches wide, the new Arctic Cat Wildcat Sport is quite literally the bigger brother of the popular 50-inch Wildcat Trail.
We got our first ride in the Arctic Cat Wildcat Sport today and found it to be quite fun on the trails near Bryce Canyon National Park, more specifically the Fremont Trail. We covered all sorts of terrain from smooth forest roads to rocky sections on the trail as well as shelled out sections of a creek bed to rutted out sections. The Sport, with its JRi shocks (base model and XT) or Elka 5 shocks (Limited), ate up everything we threw at it.
We dialed up nearly 100 miles today so we have a pretty good feel for how this vehicle performs. And we are going riding again tomorrow so we’ll have even more seat time to gather our impressions and thoughts about Cat’s newest vehicle, which we’ll share with you in the next issue of Dirt Toys Magazine.
