DJI Phantom Drone
KW Machine Works is now selling another tool to help capture your activities on video. It’s the amazing DJI Phantom U.A.V., otherwise known as a drone. This drone is for sport flying or taking aerial videos in places helicopters can’t go.
This drone is equipped with advanced navigation aids to make flying it safer and easier for the first-time flier. It uses GPS for hovering in one location and returning to where it took off from if it loses contact with the transmitter. The Phantom uses gyros for stable flight and an altimeter for measuring altitude. It also has an option on the controller for a camera gimbal feed, which keeps the camera on a horizontal plane.
Kit retails for $679.
Included with the Phantom drone is a mount for the GoPro Hero3 Black Edition.
