Depending on where you live, chances are there are still several feet of snow in the mountains, even in late April/early May, when you should be getting this issue. And while the temps are gradually warming up, as we sit here and write this, there is snow falling outside our office windows here in eastern Idaho.
But summer is coming. Honest. And we'll all be able to take our favorite dirt toy out of the garage or storage and get it ready for riding this summer ... and then ride the wheels off it this summer. We're going to ride a lot.
Again, where you live will determine how early you can get into the mountains to ride ... or in our case, the mountains and the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, which, again, as we write this still, have snow on them.
We're ready, though, and can't wait.
This picture is from an early summer ride last year.
