Fans who follow Maxxis on Instagram can brighten their holiday season by winning one of three GoPro HERO3 Black Edition cameras in Maxxis' new contest.
Held Dec. 16-Jan. 13, the Share Your Adventure Instagram Contest lets entrants feature a photo of their favorite ride in a unique setting. Entrants must follow @MaxxisTires on Instagram, and must use their Instagram accounts to post a picture with the hashtag #MaxxisAdventure in the caption. Each photo can only be entered once, but entrants can submit multiple photos. However, an entrant can win only one camera.
Entries will be uploaded to the voting/viewing gallery on www.maxxis.com/sya and will also be accessible through the Maxxis Facebook page, www.facebook.com/maxxis. Users can vote for their favorite image once a day until the contest ends and the three images with the highest number of votes will win.
To spread the word and encourage friends to vote, users can share their images to Facebook, tweet them to friends and comment on submissions within the gallery. On Jan. 14, 2014, Maxxis will notify the winners by commenting on their winning photo within Instagram. Winners will receive GoPro's awesome shockproof and waterproof camera, the HERO3 Black Edition, to record future outdoor adventures. The contest is open to U.S. residents only and entries from other regions will be disqualified.
