We managed to find a few hours last Friday away from the office and decided the best way to use that time was to go off-roading in the Big Hole Mountains of eastern Idaho.
The Big Holes are not far from our offices in Idaho Falls so it’s quick and easy to get there for a few hours of riding.
We wanted one last ride on our loaner from John Deere, the RSX 850i. We tried out a couple of new trails we hadn’t been on yet and found them to be fun and even technical in spots. Once on top of the one trail—on the backside of the Kelly Ski Resort—we had amazing views of the Snake River below and the surrounding mountains.
Here are a couple of shots from the day’s ride.
