Bad Axe, MI - Barker’s Performance, manufacturer of high-end aftermarket exhaust systems, announced the release of its 2015 Yamaha Raptor 700 Dual Exhaust System.
Since Barker’s flagship exhaust system is for the Raptor 700, the bar was high for manufacturing a system that would meet expectations of its discerning customers. Barker’s is confident that its new dual-can system, which takes a single exhaust and splits it into two exit cans, will excite anyone looking to gain more power, torque and overall performance. Barker’s engineers have concluded that the Raptor 700 truly loves a dual exhaust system.
Performance
Barker’s spent months developing its unique exhaust and even longer testing the system to reach results that adhere to its core principles of quality, durability and performance. When paired with a fuel controller, a modified airflow setup and tuned appropriately, the new exhaust system can obtain 6 to 10 plus additional horsepower, with an increase of 410 ft. lbs. of torque. When it comes to sound, the dual-can design actually makes for a slightly quieter system than competitors single exhaust designs, as sound is dissipated through two cans rather than one.
This dual-can design also aids in potentially doubling the life of the internal packaging.
