Trinity Racing now offers a newly-designed Stage 5 Exhaust System for the 2016 RZR Turbo and RZR Turbo 4, featuring 304 brushed stainless steel pipes and an aluminum muffler that is available in a brushed finish or a high temp black powdercoating. The entire hardware is stainless steel and fully tig welded with precision lasercut flanges and brackets. The exhaust tips, muffler mounting brackets and inlet flanges are all billet machined.
Not only is it much lighter than stock, this exhaust system also increases turbo spool-up and throttle response which helps it run cooler while providing significant horsepower and torque gains. Additionally, it has oxygen sensor bungs and a USFS-approved spark arrestor with quiet core inserts also available. This system is built in the US and comes with a 5-year warranty.
