Evolution Powersports (EVOPS) has produced a direct fit silicone rubber charge tube for the Polaris XP Turbo.
It replaces the small ID and sometimes crack-prone (especially at elevated boost) OEM charge tube. The inner diameter has been increased approximately 30 percent compared to the OEM version. This is important, especially at the higher flow and boost pressure of tuned vehicles.
These have been burst-tested to over 80 psi and absolutely will not split due to heat or high boost. The EVOPS charge
tube has a port for the map sensor and blow-off valve as well as an extra port for a boost gauge. These are available now in all RZR XP Turbo colors for $179.
