This week we went to Mackay, ID, to do a little scouting for guided rides at next week’s Rally in the Pines (http://www.bamfilmproductions.com/Rally%20Guided%20Rides%20Page.html) and we can’t be more excited to hit the trails again.
Dirt Toys Magazine has been asked to guide the Top of the World ride on Friday and Saturday and it’s going to be awesome. The ride is defined as a “challenge” ride, which means you need to have experience in technical riding. There are some parts of the ride that are steep and rocky while other parts are tame. It’s a great mixture of trails and roads and creek crossings.
One of the biggest attractions about Mackay is the absolutely stunning scenery. We’re going to take riders to the tops of ridges where you can see for miles. We’ll also pass some of the interesting mining history that abounds in the area.
