Shreveport, LA
-- High Lifter Products, the leader in custom aftermarket ATV/UTV accessories
and products, announced the official race results from the 2012 High Lifter ATV
Mud Nationals held from March 28-April 1 at Mud Creek Off-Road Park in Jacksonville, TX.
The annual event draws almost 13,000 attendees from around the world and about 100
vendors from the ATV/UTV industry.
Over
the course of five days, attendees could participate in a total of 18
competitive events or races which had cash payouts or prizes. In addition to
the events and trail riding, the eXtreme Outlaw Concert Series sponsored by Red
Direct Hurricane was held at the Yamaha Oasis featuring Nashville-recording
artist David Nail, JB & the Moonshine Band, Jason Cassidy, The Bigsbys,
Cody Cooke and the Bayou Outlaws and The Big Smo.
Scott
Smith, president of High Lifter Products, said the 10th anniversary
of the signature mud riding event was a huge success. "I'm always amazed at how
substantial the ATV Mud Nationals has become in the past 10 years," Smith said.
"What started as a small ride and good, old-fashioned mud bog has turned into a
major destination for riders from around the world. Without Mud Creek's
continuous improvements and expertise, this event would not be what it is
today."
During
the event, High Lifter hosted a drawing for a set of Outlaw2 tires
tested by industry magazine ATV Rider.
Winning the tires was Tony Werner from Picayune, MS. High Lifter and RidersEye
also hosted a drawing for an all-new RidersEye GPS Tracking Unit. Winning the
unit was Michelle Monet of New Iberia.
