ROTR organizers have a little different format for registration this year. Trails, apparel and dinner are now on a per item basis. Organizers did this to help streamline the check-in process and to accommodate more participants.
There is an early registration discount of 10 percent off for all January registrations and 5 percent off for all February registrations.
Registration Changes Explained
ROTR organizers have had quite a few people asking about registration changes. In the past participants have asked, “What if we only want to do two or three days of trails?" or “We don't want the dinner or a t-shirt?” With the addition of the fifth day, event organizers changed the registration process to an a la carte system, meaning you can pick and choose your trail days, along with apparel and dinner options. This way you only have to pay for the trail days you want along with shirts and dinner.
Last year the cost for a couple was $240, which included a t-shirt and dinner with the average number of trails ridden at three. This year the cost for a couple riding three trails and adding in a t-shirt and dinner is $300 ($270 with the 10 percent discount for January).
