Suzuki Motor of America has announced the promotion of Brittney Sharp to Marketing & Communications Lead for the MC/ATV Division.
Since joining Suzuki in 2014 as Digital Marketing Specialist, Sharp has been instrumental in developing the brand’s social media communities and digital marketing visibility. In her new role, she will take on expanded responsibilities with all forms of media and communication outreach.
Starting at Suzuki in September, 2014, Sharp’s first work days took place during the company’s dealer meeting and corresponding new model introductions. As a motorcycle enthusiast—Sharp actively rides both on-road and off—she immediately used her product knowledge and digital marketing skills to Suzuki’s advantage.
“Brittany Sharp possesses that special blend of honest enthusiasm and marketing intellect,” Kerry Graeber, vice president sales and marketing for SMAI, said. “As we continue to build Suzuki’s brand in a rapidly changing marketplace and marketing landscape, she will be an important member of our marketing team. This new role will let Brittany best use her skills.”
“I’m excited about this new opportunity,” Sharp said. “It is a great time to be at Suzuki and I am thankful to be an integral part of SMAI’s marketing team. I have a strong passion for motorcycles, marketing and millennials, and Suzuki, and I’m excited to use those passions to help Suzuki continue building in this evolving marketplace.”
Sharp begins in her new role effective immediately.
