On Thursday, July 6, Rally In The Pines will dedicate a full day to its vendors and vendor sales. This will be a great way to kick off all four days of the rally.
People coming to Rally In The Pines are very excited for the rally to start on this day and the vendors can ride this wave of excitement.
This will be a perfect time for the attendees to purchase the products and services they want when they are coming to the registration check in and before the rally rides begin. Sales historically have been very strong on Thursday before the rally. Rally organizers wish to increase this to even higher sales levels for the vendors.
It is suggested that each vendor have "Vendor Day Specials" on some of their products and services. Rally organizers will announce many of the Vendor Day Specials in e-mail blasts that will go out to everyone who is registered a week before the rally and again will be announced from the main stage during Vendor Day.
Rally organizers are also adding to the excitement of Vendor Day with the spinning of the rally prize wheel and instant prize give-a-ways all day long. In between the prize give-a-ways will be seminars on the main stage area, covering multiple topics of interest to ATV and side-by-side enthusiasts.
Every vendor will need to have their booth set up and ready by 9 a.m. on Vendor Day. Arrival and set up day is Wednesday, July 5.
