Restaurant Chain Donates All-Terrain Vehicle To Monarch Fire District

The Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation has donated a Polaris Ranger 6X6 800 all-terrain vehicle and a trailer to the Monarch Fire Protection District in suburban St. Louis.

The vehicle is fitted with equipment to handle both fires and medical emergencies and will be used for off-road incidents including medical emergencies along the many trails located in the Monarch Fire Protection District, as well as brush and grass fires.

Firehouse Subs, founded by former firefighting brothers Chris and Robin Sorensen, is a national restaurant chain based in Jacksonville, Fla.
