Racing legend/X Games Gold Medalist/ Motocross Hall of Famer Doug Henry joins the Kenda team as brand ambassador.
Henry, a highly respected member of the racing community with decades of racing experience, will be a perfect fit as a brand ambassador for Kenda Tires.
During his motocross racing career, Henry broke his back in 1995. After making an amazing come back, he went on to win the 1998 National Motocross Championship title. The seemingly unstoppable Henry was again derailed in 2007 when he suffered a paralyzing spinal cord injury in a Super Moto race in Daytona.
Despite his injury, he continues his racing journey, now on Kenda tires. Henry attends races and events across the country, competing in adaptive extreme sports including motocross, snocross, snowbike and downhill mountain bikes.
The entire Kenda team is excited about Henry coming on board, including Director of Powersports, Jason Baldwin. “We are stoked to have a legend like Doug Henry on board,” he said. “With his experience and level of competitiveness, we look forward to the new partnership and adding traction to his racing journey.”
With his unique combination of skills and Kenda’s wide range of products, Henry will use and promote Kenda across a broad spectrum of industries including powersports, bicycle, automotive, trailer and wheelchair.
