Using precision machine techniques along with top grade material to deliver high quality parts, Bad Ass Unlimited has designed tie rods that deliver strength and integrity for the Polaris RZR XP 1000 HD. The tie rods are CNC machined using T-6 6061 aircraft aluminum tapered barrels. The 5/8 by 18 heim joints are made from 4130 hardened chromoly steel.
