Charlotte, NC – Acme Suspension, a leading manufacturer of 100 percent USA-made suspension upgrades for various aircraft and specializing in bush and STOL planes, has announced its acquisition of Pac Racing Shocks, a USA manufacturer of complete suspension kits for the off-road market including Polaris, RZRs and Yamaha side-by-sides.
Pac Racing also private label manufactures for off-road suppliers. Under the acquisition, Pac Racing Shocks will now operate as Acme Suspensions.

Pac Racing’s history spans more than 100 years as a family-owned company. Acme and Pac Racing formed a strategic manufacturing partnership four years ago whereby Pac Racing’s facility assists in manufacturing Acme components and products.

For existing customers of Pac Racing Shocks, McSwain assures that it is of paramount importance that all services remain available to customers at the highest level.

Pac Racing Shocks’ operations has moved to its new location, 137 Knob Hill Rd., Mooresville, NC. The East Coast shock specialist services a wide array of vehicles in several motorsports disciplines including street cars, stock cars, drag cars, open wheel, late model, ATV, UTV, motorcycle, off-road recreational vehicles and off-road racing.
Shock services include upgrades, rebuilding, re-valving, bump spring stack rating, complete dyno service and destruction testing.
