We were lucky enough to spend Wednesday riding Honda's 2013
Rincon and FourTrax Rancher AT at California's Hungry Valley state recreation
area near Gorman and what a blast.
It was a tad warm--a bit past 90 degrees F--but a stiff
breeze helped keep us somewhat cooled off.
Both vehicles performed flawlessly and we especially had a
fun time playing with the Rancher's five-speed electric shift program. The
Rincon also has the ESP program but with three speeds. The Rancher has power
steering and the Rincon a bigger, more powerful engine. We didn't really have
to make a choice as to which one we liked better as we got to ride both.
